• We can do this exercise to completely minimize foghorns, silence and stuttering when we talk. You have to think of a topic as many as you can, write it on a piece paper and fold it like you are doing a raffle then put it in a canister. Pick 1 topic, look in front of the mirror and answer it. This exercise can help you as well organizing your thoughts for good. Try it again and again until masanay ka na hindi nag-iistutter, wala ng foghorns at hindi na nadedead air. If meron pa rin ulit ulitin mo lang. By talking infront of the mirror makikita mo din yung buka ng bibig mo. Because there might be something wrong on openning your mouth, kung bakit di ka nakakabigkas ng maayos.
